Mr. Silva is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned his law degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review.
During law school, he was a member of the Innocence Clinic, working on cases aimed at correcting wrongful convictions and exonerating innocent individuals.
