He has secured significant settlements and verdicts for families and has taken on major airlines, including American Airlines, Volaris, Avianca, and Avianca Peru, as well as manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Silva dedicates time to pro bono efforts, including Put Something Back, which provides legal services to those in need. He is also a Charter Founder of the Coalition for Family Safety and serves on the Board of Advisors for Misioneros del Camino.
