Since joining Silva & Silva, Mr. Silva has represented both families and individuals who were victims of negligence. His practice areas include premises liability, negligent security, medical negligence, and other catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. He prides himself on his relentless advocacy and commitment to finding quick resolutions for his clients. Mr. Silva has obtained significant results on behalf of his clients, including a $4,024,000 jury verdict for the family of a 71-year-old wife and mother who was tragically killed after being run over by a negligent driver in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. He also helped secure a $20 million settlement in a negligent security case against a convenience store.

Mr. Silva is a proud alumnus of Christopher Columbus High School and the University of Notre Dame. He graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law where he was associate editor of the Inter-American Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Silva was also a member of the Innocence Clinic where he was dedicated to correcting wrongful convictions and exonerating innocent individuals. In recognition of his professional accomplishments and service to the legal community, Mr. Silva was honored with the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section “40 Under 40” Award in 2024.
